Experience convenient delivery with our vast product selection. We offer flat-rate shipping on thousands of items. Free delivery is not included, however we provide prompt delivery through our partner TCS at a reasonable cost. All orders are payable upon cash-on-delivery for your satisfaction.
Delivery Options Overview
We proudly offer cash-on-delivery services throughout Pakistan in partnership with TCS. Shipping fees vary based on your product selection. For your convenience, you may also opt to visit our store directly to collect purchased items. Customers are welcome to browse our inventory in-person before making a purchase decision. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you through our online shop or at our physical retail location.
Small items
What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for major kitchen/laundry appliances and TVs over 43″.
Large items
The big stuff. Major appliances like dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, freezers, ovens and TVs over 43″.
Return Policy for PakCarz
PakCarz aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction with all purchased products. However, if a defective or damaged item is received, we will accept returns under the following conditions:
- The customer must provide proof of a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping. We thoroughly inspect all items prior to delivery to prevent such issues.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- The returned product must include all original components, packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. PakCarz does not cover shipping costs for returns.
- We will not accept returns for products damaged after receipt due to improper use or handling. The item must be in its original resalable condition.
- Refunds are provided once the returned product passes inspection at our facilities.
- PakCarz reserves the right to decline returns if the above conditions are not met. However, please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
Our team is committed to ensuring you fully enjoy your purchase. We appreciate the opportunity to address any defective or damaged products received through our return policy.
FAQs
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day. Delivery times vary by location, but on average take 2-3 days within major cities.
We deliver to all areas serviced by our partner TCS. As long as TCS provides delivery coverage for your area, we will be able to ship your order. Providing your complete address avoids any issues verifying delivery availability.
We do provide next day delivery, but only for locations within Lahore city. If you are located in Lahore and place your order before the 2PM cutoff time, you can receive your shipment the very next day. This expedited option is currently only available for customers in Lahore due to logistical constraints. We are working on expanding our next day delivery capabilities to more cities soon.
We may be unable to deliver to residential addresses that do not have an exact house number and street information. If you live in an area where only an area name is available, please contact us prior to ordering. We can arrange delivery if you confirm you will collect the order from the nearest TCS office if the rider is unable to locate your address. Most undelivered orders are returned if the customer is unreachable by phone. By informing us ahead of time, we can ensure your sincere orders are not returned in areas without precise address details.
If you receive an order that is damaged or incomplete, please contact customer service right away providing photo proof of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem and can arrange an exchange if applicable and the item is in stock. However, the return delivery fees would need to be covered by the customer. By providing proof of any shipping damage or lost items, we can work to improve our service and make sure you receive your complete order in satisfactory condition.
We only offer delivery within Pakistan at this time. We are looking into international shipping options for select regions in the future.
Our trusted logistics partners use a combination of vans, motorcycles and small trucks suitable for urban and residential areas.
We can accommodate same-day delivery requests within Lahore city only. The order must be placed and paid for in advance, we cannot offer cash-on-delivery for expedited requests. The customer would need to independently book a ride through a service like Uber, Careem, or Indrive to pick up the item directly from our location. We have not partnered with these companies so the customer is fully responsible for making ride arrangements and collecting their order. While we will strive to have the order ready on short notice, we cannot take responsibility for the third party pickup/transport. Please contact us prior to placing an urgent same-day order so we can confirm item availability.
