Can I open the package before paying for it?
No, TCS courier service does not allow packages to be opened before payment. However, we assure you that the product will be exactly as shown.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy if you do not like the product. The product should not be used. You will need to pay the shipping charges for returning the product and also the shipping charges we paid to deliver the order.
What if the product is damaged or not working?
We check all products before shipping. If you receive a damaged or non-working product, contact us immediately upon receiving it. Claims made after 3-4 days will not be accepted. You will need to pay for return shipping, and we will refund your amount via online banking after receiving the return.
